Essential oils can be worn as a fragrance, used to fragrance a bath, used in an oil diffuser to scent a room, and may also be used for holistic or intentional purposes. Fragrance Oils are oils that are man-made and are primarily used to emit a fragrance or scent. They can be worn on the body or used in an oil diffuser to make the surrounding enviroment smell of that fragrance. You could also use these oils in potpourri. Intentional Oils are oils that were created with a particular outcome in mind. They may or may not be natural in form, but are used to will a particular event to occur. These oils are particularly effective in drawing luck, prosperity, love, protection or any other desired outcome to the user. Hand made intentional oils may vary in price. Carrier Oils are 100% natural in form and are pressed of low scented plants and flowers. They are most commonly used to dilute essential oils and prepare them as a massage oil or added to essential oils being used in an oil diffuser. Carrier oils are typically bottled in larger containers and per measurement are slightly less expensive than most essential oils.

Cleansing With Sage
This is a way to spiritually cleanse your aura and environment of negativity. Traditionally this technique is used by the Native American indiginous people, but the practice is being adapted into other cultures and spiritual beliefs as a common cleansing method.
Cleanse yourself first. You can take a shower but it's not necessary. But you do need to sage yourself. Light your sage stick or a few loose leaves of sage in a fire safe container. Make sure to put out the flame when you're sure it's lit, leaving the smoke to use as your cleansing tool. When it begins to smoke, encircle yourself in the smoke beginning at your head all the way down to your feet. This practice is called "smudging."
As you are doing this say, 'Smoke of sage encircle me, please rid me of all negativity.'
To cleanse an area with sage, you should light the end of your sage wand or light loose sage in a fire safe dish such as an abalone shell or an ashtray. While the sage is smoking, walk the perimeter of the area in a clockwise direction. When you have traced the distance of the room, it should be cleansed of negativity and a temporary protective shield will be placed on that environment.
Please note that while cleansing indoors, you should make efforts to ventilate the building. Smoke can be deadly to birds and other animals and can harm persons with respiratory conditions and unborn children.
Cleansing Sea Salt
Cleansing sea salt is used to immerse spiritual items to cleanse them of negativity or memory of previous use or interaction. It may also be added to water and sprinkled around the perimeters of a secred area or your personal space in a clockwise direction. This is very similar to smudging with sage because you are cleansing your items and/or environment and creating a temporary protective shield.
Dead Sea Salts
Dead Sea Salts have been known for their therapeutic and healing properties. They are unscented and contain no fillers or additives. The Dead Sea is one of the world's richest sources of minerals containing more than 25 different types of minerals.
Dead Sea Salts can assist with certain skin conditions and detoxification of the body. Some conditions that improve with the use of Dead Sea Salts are: absorbing cellulite and toxins through pores of the skin, sore muscles, arthritic and rheumatoid pain, psoriasis, eczema, tension headaches, joint and foot aches, maintains youthful appearance by restoring minerals and these salts have a natural anti-wrinkle effect!
How To Use Dead Sea Salts:
Bath- Add desired amount of Dead Sea Salts to warm bath water and soak for at least 20 minutes, 3x a week. Eases stiffness and muscle pain as well as other health conditions!
Therapeutic Bath Treatments- Add 2-3 cups of Dead Sea Slats to a tepid bath. For a more detoxifying treatment, add 10-20 drops of Rosemary, Lemon, Grapefruit or Bergamot Essential Oils. Soak in water for 20-30 minutes. Drink a glass of water after bathing.
Foot Bath- Add 2-3 Tablespoons of Dead Sea Salts to a shallow basin of water (up to ankles). Add 4-6 drops of Rosemary, Lemon, Grapefruit or Bergamot Essential Oil for a more cleansing treatment. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes while sipping hot water. This is a great treatment for tired, aching feet!
Facial Cleanser- Mix 1/2 teaspoon of extra-fine Sea Salts into cleansing cream for a deep-pore cleanse. Massage into skin. Rinse with cool water. Pat dry.
Body Exfoliant- Mix 1 cup of Dead Sea Salts with 1/8 cup of skin cleanser. Use the mixture to gently scrub away dry skin.
Spa Treatment- After showering, massage extra-fine (powder) Dead Sea Salt over wet skin to cleanse, exfoliate and soften rough spots. Rinse when your skin feels soft. This is the same treatment many upscale spas use, without the upscale price!
Use a WARM Dead Sea Salt soaked compress to reduce swelling from sore and stiff muscles, scrapes and splinter removal.
Use a COLD Dead Sea Salt soaked compress to reduce swelling, bruising and inflammation or take the sting out of insect bites.
Mix Dead Sea Salts with your favorite deep conditioner and apply to your body or hair! This is an excellent treatment for dry scalp and other skip conditions.

Pendulums are stones or metals that are suspended on a chain and traditionally used for divination.

Find A YES Or NO Answer To Your Question!
Hold the pendulum between your thumb and index fingers with the heavy end of the pendulum pointing down. Stabilize your hand by placing your elbow on a hard surface. Establish the "Yes" and "No" direction of your pendulum by asking a question that you already know the answer to. It is recommended that you start with this question: "Is my name _________ ?" Your name should be inserted into this question. The pendulum should begin to move. At first, it may move in a circular fashion, but be patient. The pendulum should begin to move in one direction. This is your "Yes." Ask your pendulum a question that you know will be answered with a "No." When your directions are established, you can ask your pendulum any question that can be answered with a "Yes" or "No." If your pendulum is not responsive, you will need to spend more time with it by placing it in your pocket or under your pillow.
Pendulums, like all spiritual tools require periodic cleansing and should be offered a "Thank You" when you are finished using them.
