Conduct
The Wishing Realm Is A FAMILY FRIENDLY Store! Please Help Us Keep It That Way By Being Mindful Of The Following:
The Wishing Realm reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Rudeness of any kind will not be tolerated in our store. This includes profanity, horseplay or demanding behavior. This decision will be made by the individual assisting you. Period.
If you break or damage products or store property of any nature, you will be held accountable for payment in full. If you are unable to pay for the damages in full, law enforcement will be called and you will be held accountable in a court of law. If a minor child is in your care or custody, and that child causes damage, YOU are responsible for paying damages incurred by that child.
Shoplifting will not be tolerated and you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
We encourage young shoppers to shop in our facility, however, children 12 years of age and younger MUST be accompanied by a RESPONSIBLE ADULT.
Credit Card Purchases
We ask that all purchases under $10.00 be made with cash/check only. Purchases under $5.00 will be required to pay by cash or check. This helps to keep our prices low for all customers and keeps our store open for your purchasing needs. Persons purchasing with credit cards will be required to show a valid Government Issue photo ID with name, signature and date of birth.
Gift Cards
The Wishing Realm has gift cards for that hard to shop for friend! Our reloadable gift cards don't have activation or maintenance fees and are good for up to FIVE YEARS from initial activation date!
The Wishing Realm does not replace lost or stolen cards. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Coupons
The Wishing Realm honors coupons that are printed and distributed by The Wishing Realm only. Conditions are printed on coupons and hold no cash value. Coupons that are photo-copied/altered or expired will not be honored.
Consignments
The Wishing Realm does not accept consignment merchandise. We understand that there are many talented people. However, with limited space we are unable to dedicate display areas to consignments. Thank you for understanding.
Returns
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. We will be happy to exchange items that have not been opened or used for an item of equal value. Items that have sustained damage are not returnable. Hand crafted items are one of a kind, and because of this there are no refunds and there is no obligatory repair policy in place. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Privacy
Any and all information submitted via e-mail will be handled confidentially and will not be shared or sold to third party sources. Furthermore, information exchanged during consultations or appointments will not be shared with individuals, employees or otherwise, unless consented.
Handling & Purchase of Athames (Ceremonial Knives)
All persons planning to handle or purchase knives at The Wishing Realm must first present a valid Government Issue ID with verifiable name, photo and date of birth.
Handling & Purchase of Ceremonial Pipes and Accessories
Because you must be 18 years of age or older to smoke tobacco products, it is Wishing Realm policy that all persons handling and purchasing ceremonial pipes present a valid Government Issue ID with verifiable name, photo and date of birth. If anyone in your group could be suspected of being under 18, ALL persons in your party will be required to present ID to The Wishing Realm staff member assisting you.
Furthermore, if you are carrying items or wearing items that imply the misuse of ceremonial pipes and accessories, The Wishing Realm will not assist you with these items. If you in any way imply that these items will be used in illegal activity, you will not be eligible for handling and purchase of our ceremonial pipes and accessories for 24 hours.
